At Changemaker Family, we strive to deliver high-quality programs and services.
1. Digital Products & Courses
All purchases for digital products, courses, and memberships are non-refundable once access is granted
2. Webinars / Events
- No refunds for attended sessions
- If you miss a session, access to recording (if available) may be provided
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Duplicate payment is made
- Technical issue from our side prevents access
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel future subscriptions (if applicable), but no refunds for already billed periods
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days
